Building progressive power in Delco — and fighting for our fair share in Harrisburg, the leadership, resources, and representation Delaware County Democrats have earned.
"The Democratic Party is the vehicle we have to create change. Let's use it."
— T.J. DeLuca
Delaware County
T.J. DeLuca is an elected member of the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee representing Delaware County, where he earned the most votes of any candidate for the position.
For years, T.J. has worked to bring more resources, better representation, and stronger leadership to Delaware County and to Democrats across the Commonwealth. He has served as Secretary of the Delaware County Democratic Party, Vice Chair of the Springfield Democrats, and an At-Large member of State Committee for Delco. He was an appointed Delegate to the Democratic National Convention in 2020 and an elected DNC Delegate in 2024, and he is a former President of the Pennsylvania Young Democrats.
His work has never been confined to one town or one county. T.J. has shown up as an organizer for local Democratic committees across Pennsylvania — knocking doors, making calls, and helping build the infrastructure that wins elections up and down the ballot.
Now, on State Committee, T.J. is focused on a clear mandate: secure Delaware County's fair share of state party resources, push for modernization and real change at the state level, and make sure Delco is represented where decisions actually get made.
The Democratic Party, T.J. believes, is the most powerful vehicle we have to create lasting change — and he's committed to using it to build progressive power in Delco and beyond.

Delaware County is one of the largest and most important Democratic strongholds in Pennsylvania — and our investment from the state party should reflect that.
I'm fighting to make sure Delco gets the resources, attention, and support our voters and volunteers have earned.
For too long, Delco's voice at the state level has been limited.
I'm working to make sure our county is represented in real leadership roles where decisions are made — not just within the Southeast Caucus, but at the table that sets direction for the whole party.
Our party operates on some rules and structures that are decades out of date — including the DNC's 1978 Gender Parity Rule.
I'm pushing for thoughtful modernization so the party reflects the people it serves today and organizes effectively for the future.
Power is built from the ground up. I'll keep showing up for local committees, helping them grow, train, and organize.
Strong municipal committees are how we win everywhere, every year.
From school board to statewide office, I'm committed to electing Democrats at every level and building the lasting infrastructure that keeps Delco blue.
Grassroots support keeps this work going — no corporate PACs, no special-interest money. Just Democrats chipping in to help cover the cost of showing up: four State Committee meetings across Pennsylvania every year, and the organizing it takes to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
